What happens if I reach the monthly response limit?
We will never shut down your live conversation abruptly in front of a respondent. If you approach 80% of your plan quota, we notify you by email. If you need more responses, you can easily upgrade to handle high-volume spikes.
Do you use my collected answers to train AI models?
No, never. Your proprietary conversation data, respondent answers, and extracted metadata belong strictly to you. We use enterprise zero-data-retention APIs for LLM inference; your data is never used to train public or foundational models.
What does "Zero watermark" mean?
On the Pro plan, the "Powered by Askflot" badge is completely removed. You can embed the conversation directly onto your company domain or website with 100% white-label presentation.
Can I archive forms to stay within the 10 active forms limit?
